Rates and Insurance

We know it can be not easy to consider investing in your mental health needs in this economy.  However, in most cases, it is more affordable than you might think.  Most Insurance Plans provide Mental/Behavioral Health coverage, which helps reduce personal costs.  In most cases, you will pay your co-pay amount or co-insurance (after any deductibles are met) each time you meet with our nurse practitioner.

When you call to book an appointment, our office staff will get your Insurance information, verify your benefits, and let you know your cost.  We accept most commercial insurance plans.

We have very affordable Private Pay rates for those not using Insurance.

Initial Session – $150.00

Follow-up Session – $95.00

Cancellation/No Show Rates

We understand there may be times you need to cancel or reschedule a session.  We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  This enables us the option to fill that timeslot with another client needing to get in quickly. It also ensures we respect our NP’s time. 

Our late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the session) fee is $50.00 and our “no show” fee is $100.00.  (These fees are lower than the industry standard of charging the full session fee for a missed session.)
