Yes, we do have both cancellation and no-show policies in place. Every client who comes to us is entrusting us with their mental and behavioral health, and we take that responsibility seriously. To ensure we can continue supporting our community effectively, it’s important that appointments are kept—unless emergencies or unavoidable circumstances arise.
We understand that life happens, but due to a limited number of available appointment slots, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide consistent, quality care for all clients.
