Rates and Insurance

We understand that prioritizing your mental health can feel challenging—especially in today’s economy. However, in most cases, it’s more affordable than you might think.

Many insurance plans include Mental and Behavioral Health coverage, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs. Typically, you’ll only be responsible for your co-pay or co-insurance (once any deductibles are met) for each session with our Nurse Practitioner.

When you call to book an appointment, our office staff will collect your insurance information, verify your benefits, and provide you with a clear understanding of any costs involved. We accept most commercial insurance plans.

For those not using insurance, we also offer very affordable Private Pay rates:

• Initial Session: $150.00
• Follow-Up Session: $95.00

Cancellation/No Show Rates

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. If that happens, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment, and it also respects our provider’s time.

Please note that late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your scheduled session) and no-shows will result in a $75.00 fee, which will be charged out-of-pocket.

(While some providers charge the full session fee for missed appointments, our policy is to keep this fee lower than the industry standard.)
